The Strategy Intensive is a personalized 90-minute consulting session with Alex and Quinn designed to help you identify bottlenecks, uncover blind spots, and create a clear path forward.

Together we may evaluate:

  • Product assortment and menu strategy

  • Customer experience and retention

Prior to our session, you’ll complete an in-depth questionnaire so we can make the most of our time together. Following the call, you’ll receive a recording of the session, a written action plan, and an opportunity to ask follow-up questions for clarification in a 30 minute follow up meeting, 14 days after the first.

Strategy Intensive Requirements:

Applicants must:

  • Hold a current business license (where applicable)

  • Carry business insurance

  • Have actively operated for at least 12 months

  • Be currently serving paying clients/customers

  • Have generated at least $100,000 in gross revenue within the last 12 months
